About me

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. Myself, Rhonda Dahlgren started working on a recipe back in 2000.  The recipe wasn’t quite what I wanted it to be. It took many years to add, subtract, and tweak. Finally perfect. The cheesecake I made was delicious, unlike anything anyone has tasted.  As a result, my friends and family asked me to entertain more and more. Trying new flavors and crusts. They are my best critics.
I quickly realized this side hobby of mine could be something more.  There was a gap in my area for delicious cheesecake, readily available, that didn’t compromise on the ingredients. Real eggs, butter and cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection.  Add perfection and those are the decadent, slow melting bites, we all know and love.
